BREAKING: Henry Seriake Dickson Foundation Awards Scholarships Worth ₦749m To 101 Prospective Students At Hensard University



The Henry Seriake Dickson Foundation has announced the recipients of its prestigious scholarship program, awarding full tuition to 101 deserving students to attend Hensard University in Toru-Orua, Bayelsa State. 

The total value of the scholarships is a substantial ₦749,000,000, covering tuition fees across a diverse range of academic disciplines.

The scholarship program, a key initiative of the Henry Seriake Dickson Foundation, aims to provide access to quality education for bright and promising students, particularly those from Bayelsa State and the wider Niger Delta region. The successful candidates were selected after a rigorous examination process.

The beneficiaries will be pursuing various courses at Hensard University, including high-demand fields such as Medicine and Surgery, Law, Pharmacy, Nursing, Engineering, and Film & Multimedia Studies.

The Henry Seriake Dickson Foundation scholarship committee warned that failure to comply within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the scholarship.

"We are incredibly proud to support these bright young minds in their pursuit of higher education," stated a spokesperson for the Henry Seriake Dickson Foundation.

 "This scholarship program is a testament to our commitment to empowering the next generation of leaders and contributing to the development of our communities."

The Foundation also advised successful candidates to liaise with the management of Hensard University regarding admission guidelines through the JAMB CAPS portal.

The Henry Seriake Dickson Foundation extended its congratulations to all successful candidates and expressed its eagerness to welcome them to Hensard University. 

This scholarship initiative is expected to significantly impact the lives of these students and contribute to the growth and development of Bayelsa State and Nigeria as a whole.

The list of students and any form of fee payment and bank details should be accessed by prospective students and parents from the school website and not advisable to be included in this press state.

TERMS OF THE SCHOLARSHIP:

The Henry Seriake Dickson Foundation will cover the tuition fees for the successful candidates, amounting to ₦749,000, 000 across the various academic courses.

The successful candidates are required to pay accommodation fees and other charges of ₦1,650,000 only.All payment should be made to the Hensard University account number below:

Instructions:Successful candidates are expected to make the payment of accommodation fees and other charges within two weeks to secure their admission. 

Failure to make the payment within the specified timeframe may lead to the cancellation of the scholarship award.Successful Candidates are also expected to liase with the management of Hensard University on Admission guidelines through the Jamb Caps Portal.
